Adam Serverson is our maintenance expert at Maverick Maintenance, boasting over 20 years of hands-on experience. Starting out on a concrete crew at an early age, Adam quickly mastered all aspects of construction. He later ran a very successful drywall and painting company before relocating to Alaska. Beyond his professional expertise, Adam proudly joined the army and served in Iraq, where he earned a Purple Heart. His diverse background and unwavering commitment to quality ensure that every property under our care is maintained to the highest standards.
